How to Request a Refund

To initiate a return or refund, email us at support@homeeasy247.com within 30 days of receiving your order. Please include:

  • Your order number
  • The reason for your return
  • A photo of the product if it arrived damaged or defective

We will respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.

Refund Conditions

  • Items must be returned in their original condition
  • Refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days after we receive the returned item
  • We cover return shipping costs for damaged or defective items
  • For change-of-mind returns, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs

Damaged or Defective Items

If your item arrives damaged or defective, please email us immediately with a photo. We will send a replacement or issue a full refund at no cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Used disposable filter nets are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons.
