Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with your tracking number. Use the links below to track your package.
How to Track
- Find the shipping confirmation email we sent you after your order was dispatched
- Locate your tracking number in that email
- Click the tracking link in the email, or visit the carrier's website and enter your tracking number manually
Estimated Delivery Times
- United States: 7–14 business days after dispatch
Please note: Tracking information may take 2–5 business days to appear after your order is dispatched as the package moves through the shipping network.
Haven't Received Your Tracking Number?
If it has been more than 5 business days since you placed your order and you have not received a shipping confirmation email, please check your spam folder first. If you still cannot find it, email us at support@homeeasy247.com with your order number and we will look into it right away.
Package Not Arrived?
If your package has not arrived within 21 business days of your order date, please contact us at support@homeeasy247.com and we will resolve it promptly — whether that means reshipping your order or issuing a full refund.
